Murcia City Council implements a Service aimed at Deaf or hard of hearing people who use Sign Language in their relations with Public Administrations as well as to carry out procedures or formalities.It is a new service that is provided in person and online.In the face-to-face case, it is carried out through the use of videoconferences in which the person requesting the service, the auxiliary technical staff of citizen service and the staff / agent for the sign language translator of the “010 Accessible” service intervene.In the telematic mode, the personnel requesting the service can use it from the City Councils website or through mobile devices using the “010 ACCESIBLE” application. In this case, the dialogue is direct between the requesting staff and the translator staff.
